It really annoys me how some artists out there, professional & aspiring, are being praised for their looks rather than their talent. There are so many artists out there with the most incredible talent but they get pushed over to the side because they don’t have the “looks”. Last time I checked, music was all about expressing yourself in a way that plain words couldn’t. These artists that everyone notices don’t even have feeling & emotion in their music, some can’t even sing all that well like the actual amazing talent out there. They only get noticed if they are attractive to people. It’s really sad how an attractive face can out-shine an incredible voice. Music was supposed to be solely based on someone’s voice & feeling. Now, I don’t even know. It’s just I know so many aspiring artists who sing their heart out, who have the most amazing voices out there, not being noticed. Everyone’s beautiful in their own way, no one should ever feel distraught about their looks. To sing from somewhere deep inside is already so beautiful. But sadly, people now-a-days only care if you’re hot.
